Scotland needs to desperately sort this out, an absolute embarrassment to the nation and is of utter detriment to quality of care beyond vaccination scheme. Moved my GP from NHS Ayrshire and Arran to NHS Lothian with NHS Lothian having difficulty viewing and accessing my previous records, despite being in the same country. This is not the first time I had issue with NHS Scotland records. Have recently helped my friend set up their NHS England app and absolutely no issue whatsoever and baffled by the difficulty of the Scottish system and lack cohesion. Entered my CHI Number (having checked numerous times it was correct) and every other combination possible of my personal data has not to be told I do not exist to NHS Scotland. I have only had a GP in Scotland but it took over 4 hours to convince the application that I indeed have medical records in Scotland. I initially supported the vaccine certification scheme until using the app.

Supposedly it’s the cutting edge of verification methods. No wonder cos I can’t see my face either! The company that is being used for the external verification cannot be contacted and I can’t understand why they would be paid to give such a poor service. I get an error message stating it cannot see my face. I’ve tried restarting the app and updating it to the most recent version, makes no difference to the external verification. You can’t copy the link and try it in an external browser, it doesn’t work. I checked website settings and allowed camera access and turned off blocking.
I tried putting the phone Ona solid surface, nope. It flip flops between the two, despite resting my elbows and carefully and slowly moving my phone closer or further away. It keeps telling me I am either too close or not close enough despite not being able to actually see my face. Despite allowing access to take an image, nothing shows in the place your face in the oval. I am able to successfully take a photo of my ID, but things go down hill from there. At the start, why default to the USA as the issuing region for a Scottish app? Seems a bit senseless, but ok. C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe and double click on the devenv.exe. If you installed Visual Studio to a drive other than C, go to the location where you installed Visual Studio and navigate to this path Common7\IDE\, like many others cannot get past the “sign up” due to the external verification process being apparently broken. If you are still unable to find Visual Studio after a successful install open your File Explorer and navigate to the following path. The application icon will no longer be located in the Visual Studio 2015 folder.

If you are still unable to find it, use Windows search (press the Windows key, then type “Visual Studio 2015”). If you are running Windows 8, 8.1 or 10, you can find the application listed under the ‘V’ grouping. If you’re running Windows 7, you can find the application at the top of the “All Programs” list grouped with other application icons. The Visual Studio 2015 application icon has been moved outside of the Visual Studio 2015 folder.
